1- TéléOpérateurs

Nous cherchons  des TéléOpérateurs avec les compétences suivantes:

- Maîtrise du Français ou de l'Italien (d'autres langues est un plus)
- Familier avec les outils informatiques ( MS Office, Internet , etc ...)
- Bonnes capacités de communication (orale et écrite) avec la capacité de communiquer avec les clients européens
- Proactif, motivé et orienté client
- Une expérience dans service client  ou dans un centre d'appels est un plus

Le candidat sélectionné aura droit à ce qui suit:

2- Network & System Administrator 

He will be Responsible for installing, configuring, administarting our IT systems including software, hardware and network components:

- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- Fluent in Arabic, English and/or French (preferably)
- MCSE/MCSA Certifications
- Certification from Cisco or equivalent
- Solid knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server 2003 & 2008
- Experienced with hardware installation of servers HP & DELL
- Experienced in Network Installation, Configuring (VPN,FireWall, Routers...)
